Intro   There is a lot in the Charlotte Coastal Region to see just for the beauty. There are also a number of fun learning experiences available. There is a lot of natural beauty found at the sites of the nineteen lighthouses found in the Charlotte Coastal Region. Over the centuries, these beacons safely guided fishers and mariners home past the more dangerous areas of the coast, and they continue to do so today. The Kingsbrae Gardens offers a different kind of beauty formed by a partnership between man and nature.
